ACTUAL PRO Showcases AI at Slovenian Customs Day 2026

ACTUAL PRO will once again participate in Slovenian Customs Day 2026, organized by the Transport Association in cooperation with the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. The event will take place on 18 March 2026 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia.

Slovenian Customs Day is recognized as an important professional event dedicated to presenting current challenges, developments and trends in the field of customs procedures, while also enabling the exchange of views between businesses, experts and relevant institutions.

This year’s programme will focus on topics that significantly shape the future of customs and logistics processes, including e-commerce and big data, the implementation and challenges of ICS2, the obligations and challenges related to CBAM, and changes and control in the field of F-gases.

At the event, ACTUAL PRO will present a lecture titled Your New Digital Colleague: AI in Customs and Logistics Processes, showing how artificial intelligence can already provide practical support for the daily work of logistics and customs professionals.

The presentation will demonstrate how modern AI agents can complement traditional freight forwarding systems such as Lunaris Plus, enabling faster, more transparent and more automated work. Practical use cases will also be presented – from automated reading of incoming documents and transfer of key data into the information system, to fast information retrieval using natural language and support in understanding complex customs rules and regulations.

Through its participation, ACTUAL PRO will once again contribute to the professional discussion on the future of customs and logistics processes and present solutions that help companies improve efficiency, increase transparency and gain faster access to key information.

Free registration for the event is available until 16 March via the following link:
