The opening of the conference with Key note speech we will host Dr. Dan Podjed, a renowned anthropologist and researcher who has studied human behavior in contemporary society and the impact of technology on our daily lives for many years. In his inspiring motivational speech titled "As Technology Develops, Look People in the Eye", he will highlight the pitfalls of technology for individuals and society. His perspective will offer participants a fresh viewpoint for thinking and acting in the dynamic IT world.
Following the opening speech, attention will shift to a roundtable discussion, where experts and representatives from various sectors will discuss the key challenges and opportunities of the modern IT ecosystem. Building partnerships, exchanging knowledge, and creating alliances will be the central themes, explored through practical experiences and achieving ambitious goals for the future. Participants will share their views on forming partnerships, (co)working, and creating alliances to achieve more ambitious goals. The discussion will also address the important role of trust and long-term relationships in partnerships, which are the foundation for the successful realization of projects.

Katja Kraškovic, Director and Dean of GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship and member of the Women4Cyber Board. The discussion will certainly offer valuable insights and guidance for all participants wishing to actively co-create the future of technology in the alliance for a stronger IT ecosystem.
Subsequent parallel sessions and workshops will focus on the effectiveness of IT investments, outsourcing IT services, the implementation of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, and other technical topics. We will also explore the impact of artificial intelligence on optimizing business processes and present new approaches to integrating various IT services into existing environments.
We will particularly highlight stories from our partners who have successfully implemented advanced solutions through collaboration with the ACTUAL I.T. group and other partners. These presentations will offer insights into real-world examples where technologies have enabled the achievement of concrete business goals, increased competitiveness, and improved efficiency. In short, optimal business operations.

We will present them with student challenges, employment opportunities, and additional content to ease their transition into the entrepreneurial world. Young participants will have the chance to understand the challenges of the real business world, meet our partners, and gain insight into specific projects taking place in the ACTUAL I.T. group.

Companies and organizations falling under the scope of NIS2 must ensure compliance with legislation and implement necessary measures to manage cyber risks within six months of the enactment of the Information Security Act. Our methodology and expertise guide organizations through the process of adapting to new requirements. What are the good and bad practices observed by inspectors during visits? But are these measures just a legal obligation?
Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, long-term compliance, and resilience to cyber threats.

Keeping up with today's technological trends requires continuous adaptation, updates, and upgrades. Information systems are no exception, and SAP ERP systems are no different. One way to transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA is through technical migration, requiring a detailed sequence of technical and content-related activities, often bringing hidden challenges to the surface. While technical challenges can largely be anticipated and mitigated, content-related challenges vary by system. The engagement of the project team on both the vendor and client sides is crucial for overcoming these challenges. Team synergy is one of the key factors in successfully completing the project. With this enthusiasm and belief, Itelis, together with Akrapovič, has crafted a truly successful story and an excellent example of best practices in technical migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
It is worth noting the latest development: Itelis has officially expanded its team of experts and its portfolio of solutions and expertise in HCM and SAP SuccessFactors with the acquisition of COMCOM IT. This expansion further enhances the ability to deliver successful projects like the one at Akrapovič.

ERP systems are also gradually moving to the cloud, with SAP offering two approaches: SAP Private Cloud and SAP Public Cloud. While SAP Private Cloud is aimed at medium and large companies and has been available in Slovenia for more than five years, SAP Public Cloud with Slovenian localization was introduced this year for smaller companies. With predefined processes, it also enables faster implementation. At the event, Itelis, in collaboration with SAP Slovenia, will present a demo environment showcasing SAP Public Cloud and its advantages.
